How Much Is Enough? Testing your blood sugar in type 2 diabetes
People with type 2 diabetes are often advised to test their blood sugar every day or several times a week, but does all this self-testing really improve their health?
Not according to the latest research. The evidence shows that people who don’t use insulin can self-test less often without negatively impacting their health.
So what does this mean for the growing number of people living with type 2 diabetes? How often should they be self-testing?
